At FITREP we believe in PERSONAL Training. Every individual will have a program catered to their needs, wants and goals. There are no cookie-cutter programs that may or may not be right for you. Your program is structured specifically for you and your training goals.

This option is most suitable for those with complex rehabilitation and sport specific goals, pathologies and those who just like to train on their own. Every session is unique and will be aimed at a specific training outcome. All One to One clients receive baseline physical assessments and your progress will be tracked over time to ensure you reach your goals.

Personal Training

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING IN BONNER, CANBERRA

This revolutionary system is the most cost-effective way to get regular PERSONAL training with a strength and conditioning professional. Every SPT member receives regular performance assessments, a customised and periodised training program, professional coaching and instruction during every session. The only difference…there can be up to four (4) members in any SPT session. With such limited numbers, you can be sure to receive technique correction, motivation and lots of attention from your trainer.

SPT is most suitable for those seeking strength and conditioning, body recomposition, simple rehabilitation or sports specific goals and those who love the atmosphere of training around other people.

All SPT memberships are 12 weeks duration, sessions are 1 hour long and you have the option of 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week.

Base Camp: 1 session $69 per week
Ascension: 2 sessions $119 per week
Summit: 3 sessions $159 per week

Also, for only $15p/w you can add an Open Training Pass to your membership which allows you to complete extra sessions at our studio during Open Training times.  Check out the Training Schedule for SPT and Open Training sessions

Semi Personal Training

Custom Training Plans in Bonner, Canberra

FITREP can customise a training plan for you no matter where you want to train. Simply let us know what equipment you have access to and FITREP can cater a training plan to help you achieve your training goals.

As part of your plan, you will receive an initial assessment session to measure your base performance levels, enabling FITREP to construct a 4 week periodised training plan designed to achieve your goals. FITREP will then coach you in a walk-through of the program ensuring you understand program structure, exercise technique and how to vary your progressions during the 4 week training block. If you have any questions or concerns during the four week period, FITREP is just an email or phone call away.

Strength and Conditioning

Body Re-composition

If you are looking to tone and tighten up, lose body fat or change your overall shape, you are looking for body recomposition. FITREP will aim to  increase or maintain your lean muscle tissue whilst decreasing your body fat. Your training will provide enough stimulus to make positive muscular adaptations and will get the best results if you combine it with one of our nutrition plans. Stop thinking cardio and start thinking STRENGTH!

Rehabilitation

Have you been injured from a torn muscle, a broken bone or a recurring sports injury. If your body is not moving well we can help you. FITREP trainers, usually in collaboration with your allied health professional, will determine the best course of action to return you to better movement as safely and efficiently as possible.

Programs suitable: Dependant on the complexity of the issue. Some people may be able to use the Semi-Private Training option, people with more complex issues would need to use the One-to-One option. Please contact FITREP to assess.

 

Chronic Pain Management

Many people go through life with chronic pain ranging from simply annoying to almost debilitating. Common issues include back pain, arthritis, inflammation, repetitive strain injuries, postural problems, healing from surgery or going through other medical treatment (such as cancer). Targeted training can help you alleviate your chronic pain. 

Programs suitable: Dependant on the complexity of the issue. Some people may be able to use the Semi-Private Training option, people with more complex issues would need to use the One-to-One option. Please contact FITREP to assess.
