With our unique Semi-Private-Training (SPT) model we are able to provide you our highest quality, personalised programming and training, at a fraction of the cost of one-to-one training.

Semi Private Training
How? By sharing your trainer with a maximum of three other clients during your 1 hour long training session. It’s not group training though, everybody is being coached through their specific exercises but instead of paying your trainer to stand around and chat in between your sets, they are coaching someone else while you rest.
You choose between 1, 2 or 3 SPT sessions per week and then everything else is included to make sure you reach your goals.

01Your initial health and fitness assessment includes goal setting and performing a battery of exercises to assess your physical capabilities including mobility, muscular endurance, strength, flexibility and fitness. This assessment is crucial in helping our trainers to develop your personalised fitness program which takes into account your goals and any physical limitations you may have.

02Both SPT and OPEN sessions are 1 hour long and can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance to ensure you get your preferred sessions. SPT Sessions are limited to your membership type and OPEN sessions are unlimited. OPEN training sessions are uncoached but a trainer will always be on hand to help with technique and equipment set-up etc.

03You will receive a calorie controlled nutrition plan to incorporate into your weekly training to ensure you achieve your body composition goals.
Turn Up and Train
04Turn up to your training sessions regularly and your coach will ensure your training intensity is at a level that guarantees you get results.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are you a gym?
Yes and no. We are not a ‘normal’ gym, in that we are completely appointment-based and we are staffed 100% of the time we are open. Like a gym, we have all the state of the art equipment needed to reach your health and fitness goals, but you won’t be sharing it with 3000 other members! Unlike gyms, we don’t lock you into contracts either. We are so confident you will love our system you can cancel at anytime at no cost!
Are your staff qualified?
Yes! Our owner and senior trainer Ben, has both a ‘Bachelor of Exercise Science and Nutrition’ and a ‘Masters of Exercise Science, Strength and Conditioning’ and more than 27 years experience. For any complex cases and rehab, Ben or one of his university qualified staff will program or coach you. For general health and fitness, weight loss and lifestyle coaching, Cley and her team of trainers, with a minimum of a Certificate 4 in Personal Training can take care of you.
I’ve never been to the gym and I’m really unfit. Will this suit me?
Yes, yes and yes!! We specialize in helping EVERYONE on their fitness journey. Whether you are just looking to lose some weight and feel better or you have complex physical conditions, our trainers are here for you. You don’t need to be fit or strong to get started.
I went to a commercial gym and it was full of teenagers and huge guys taking selfies. Is your place like that?
Absolutely not. We have no filming in the studio unless it is by us, and you give us permission. All social media is private and only for members. We have strategically placed mirrors so you never have to see yourself if you don’t want to. This place is about YOU and making you feel safe and supported through your health journey.
Personal Training is expensive, how can I afford this?
At FITREP we use Semi-Private Training (SPT) to provide you with the best training at the lowest possible cost. Each trainer is able to take a maximum of four clients per session. Every client is doing their own personalized program, it is NOT group training! But because there are up to four clients, you aren’t paying for a trainer to stand around in between your sets. There will never be more than 12 clients in the studio at any time. There are no hidden costs, no set up fees, no ‘fob’ fees and no cancellation costs.
