Personal Training

At FITREP we believe in PERSONAL Training. Every individual will have a program catered to their needs, wants and goals. There are no cookie-cutter programs that may or may not be right for you. Your program is periodised and structured specifically for you to achieve real results that will help you reach your goals. There are 2 main options for personal training with FITREP.

One to One Personal Training

This option is generally for those people who want to add a specific element to their weekly training or who want or need that one to one experience. It is the most costly option however you will get the undivided attention of your trainer and every rep will count.

Personal Training

Semi-Private Training (SPT)

This revolutionary system allows you to get almost all the benefits of one-to-one training at a much better price point. You still receive regular performance assessments, a customised training program and professional coaching and instruction of every session, you just might have to share your trainer with some other people. The SPT system allows you to have multiple training sessions with a professional coach for the same investment as a regular single session.

All sessions are capped at 4 people so that your trainer can still give you the attention you deserve and in our bespoke training facility you are always in sight of your trainer. Scary right!
All SPT memberships are 12 weeks duration, Sessions are 1 hour long and you have the option of 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week.

Base Camp: 1 session $59 per week
Ascension: 2 sessions $109 per week
Summit: 3 sessions $149 per week

Also, for only $10p/w you can add an Open Training Pass to your membership which allows you to complete extra sessions at our studio during Open Training times.

The SPT system is the most cost-effective way to regularly train with a strength and conditioning professional who can help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Semi Personal Training

Rehab and Pain Management

For injury rehab and pain management clients, it is strongly advised that you undertake a one-to-one physical assessment so that we can properly advise of the appropriate training style for your needs.

FITREP has helped people recover from a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries, improved health status in people with pathologies including Type II Diabetes, high blood pressure, autoimmune control, and Parkinson’s as well as alleviating pain from sore and aching joints.

A large majority of rehab clients can participate in the SPT system once a proper assessment has been made. For those that require more personal attention on a regular basis, a package can be customised according to your needs.

Rehab and Pain Management


FITMums is a small group training membership specifically catered for women. This membership is all about making members feel vibrant, strong and vital so that you can be confident in your own skin. Training is focused on body re-composition so that you burn fat, increase lean muscle and change your health and fitness for the better. There will be plenty of variety to keep the training fun and challenging and special attention will be paid to those key areas of Abs, Butts and Thighs.

Sessions will be capped at 16 people and will run for the duration of a school term. If spaces are available and you wish to join during the school term, you can pay pro-rata so that you are only paying for the sessions left in the term.

FITMums Memberships are $59 per week and there are 3 x 1 hour sessions every week of the term.

Mothers Fitness Classes Bonner Canberra


The FITKids membership is aimed at children 5-13 years old. The focus of the program will be to teach your kids proper movement patterns, develop base levels of strength and increase physical activity levels to help curb the rising obesity epidemic and to teach children the benefits of leading an active lifestyle. Expected outcomes include improved fitness and health measures, better mood control, improved concentration and focus.
This membership would best suit kids who have a passion for exercise, who have poor balance, co-ordination and movement patterns and those who do not enjoy traditional team sports. This program is heavily based on information from the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association (ASCA) Position Stand on Resistance Training for Children and Youth. You can be sure that your kids are receiving the most up to date professional training available.

A FITKids membership is $29 per week and runs for a school term, sessions are 45 minutes long and run 2 x per week.

Tuesday: 3:30pm
Thursday: 3:30pm

Sessions are capped at 16 kids and you can join during the term on a pro rata basis.

Childrens Fitness Classes Bonner Canberra

FITREP Boxing Academy

The boxing academy is more than just throwing punches to get fit. Boxing athletes are the embodiment of physical conditioning and mental toughness. Learning to move, react and think like a boxer will get you in the best shape of your life.
FITREP coaches are Boxing Australia accredited and can show you how to improve your strength, speed, power, endurance, agility, co-ordination and resilience both mentally and physically, to get you in the best shape of your life.

Training includes boxing coaching and instruction as well as boxing specific conditioning including plyometrics and HIIT style training. Academy members become fitter, stronger, leaner and gain energy and confidence.

A Boxing Academy membership is $39 per week and runs for 12 weeks, sessions are 1 hour long and run 2 x per week.

Tuesday: 7:30pm
Thursday: 7:30pm

Sessions are capped at 16 and you can join anytime there are spaces available.
