Group Training


FITBox is more than just throwing punches to get fit. Boxing athletes are the embodiment of physical conditioning and mental toughness. Learning to move, react and think like a boxer will get you in the best shape of your life.

FITREP coaches are Boxing Australia accredited and can show you how to improve your strength, speed, power, endurance, agility, co-ordination and resilience both mentally and physically.

Training includes boxing coaching and instruction as well as boxing specific conditioning including plyometrics and HIIT style training. FITBox members become fitter, stronger, leaner and gain energy and confidence.

A FITBox membership is $39 per week and runs for 12 weeks, sessions are 1 hour long and run 2 x per week.
